Tier 4 but disappointed
I used WBiz tool to send mass whatsapp message and my account was blocked by Whatsapp for SPAM.
I contacted Wbiztool support during US timezone but they said they are in India and can't support in US timezone.
Even if they cant support, they did not answer any of my past chat messages on specific questions I asked.
And I only attempted to send 50 messages and not even 150. And my account was blocked after 4 messages got sent out.
I am not sure why people are giving 5 taco reviews here.

Edited Aug 11, 2025WhatsApp gave you exact reason of why it got blocked "SPAM", we have mentioned at multiple places on the tools NOT to do cold reachout and only send personalised utility messages to people you know. If you don't follow that whatsapp will flag you no matter you use wbiztool or not. You can try sending those messages manually also. Whatsapp has a very strict policy against promotional messages or cold reachout
The other users who are giving good rating are using the tool for utility messages for their existing users and not promotional content or cold reachout
