I've been using this software for two and a half months, and it's disconnected from my WhatsApp account about 20 times. To make matters worse, sometimes it's difficult to reconnect, and even impossible at times, requiring a wait. I deeply regret paying for a Tier 3 version, and the worst part is that I've missed the return window.

The problem is precisely that: the extension is necessary to use the group functions included in Tier 3, which is the plan I have subscribed to.
Therefore, this is not a case of “misuse”, but rather using the functions as they are designed in your own system.
If the combined use of Cloud and the extension causes frequent disconnections, we are facing a design or integration issue with the platform, not a user configuration problem.
I have experienced multiple disconnections, difficulties reconnecting, and loss of continuity in my work, which is especially problematic in a professional environment.
I would appreciate a stable solution or a clear proposal from you for those of us using Tier 3, as the current experience does not match what is promised in that plan.
