I purchased a lifelong membership from WbizTool.com, which includes a monthly allowance of 8,000 messages. However, I have been experiencing significant problems with the delivery of my scheduled WhatsApp messages.

Currently, I am only sending 73 messages per day along with one good morning attachment, which is well within the allocated limit. Despite this, the service has been highly unreliable. Specifically, on December 5, 9, 20, 22, 23, and 28, my scheduled messages were either severely delayed or not sent at all. Even after repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, the issues were only temporarily resolved, and the problem continues to persist.

Today, for instance, the system report indicates that the messages were sent, but in reality, they have not been delivered to the recipients. This recurring problem is severely impacting my communication and the reliability of your service.

As a lifelong member, I expected a seamless and efficient experience, but the service quality has been extremely disappointing. I urge you to:

1. Immediately investigate and resolve the delays and non-delivery issues.
2. Provide a detailed explanation for the recurring problems.
3. Compensate for the disruption caused, considering the impact on my daily operations.

I have been patient and cooperative in my previous communications, but the lack of a permanent solution is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter within the next 48 hours.
