Initial hick-ups in the Onboarding which was frustraing. Anurag helped me with manual updates. However the tool itself is very easy to use. I replaced my other AppSumo purchased that was sending text / sms messages. So, this is real value for money for me. Please the device need not be connected to network once the setup is complete.

The API integrations are straight forward. The Scheduling API did not work initially but the team work on it and fixed it.

Currently I see a delay between 25 to 40 seconds in receiving messages so sending OTP might not be an option as of now. Other than that it works flawless.

I wish with the T2 and above with a Dedicated Server Type they are able to send messages in-real time. Or if they can route a specific message category on-priority will be awasone.
