I seriously considered whether I might need this. Coincidentally, I had to deal with WhatsApp messaging integration again somewhere else after having already decided against using it more than a year ago, due to cost reasons. I was aware of the issue of potential costs with high usage. Therefore, I initially decided to purchase Tier3 to test it out. Honestly: even if I only send standard messages via Excel, the break-even point is quickly reached. So, it's a risk-free purchase. After the first test, it was immediately clear to me what I still wish for in the development. There's still some time before Christmas. The announcement of Labels and Tags already suggests in which direction it is heading.

Maybe Christmas this year will come earlier as well:

1. Reminder: Settings similar to scheduling in Google Calendar, with various options, including expiration after X appointments.
2. A simple synchronization with contacts from the linked WhatsApp account:
a. This provides a simple CRM tool or contact management.
b. Creation and definition of arbitrary fields per contact.
c. Assignment of Labels and Tags.
d. Assign contacts to multiple sender numbers, block contacts, etc.
I'm curious and look forward to future feedback.

P.S. Setting up and connecting with a WA number is just as easy as with WhatsApp Web or Desktop 📱✨. If there are any issues, I would suspect Meta 🔍🤔.
