A: We're always furthering development here at WebStarts. We never take a break. Here are some of the things we're currently working on.
1. Appointment booking - This allows anyone who needs their clients to schedule appointments online to do so.
2. Project workflow - This is geared toward those with agency features enabled in the app. It's a set of features to streamline client onboarding, project management, and workflow for designers.
3. Element styling options and skins - Website styles are constantly changing and so we're constantly working on introducing the newest styling options into the editor. For example we have some new, menu styles releasing soon.
4. Ecommerce improvements - The ability to add accordions to product descriptions as well as display more product options is in the works.
5. OpenAI - We're currently working to implement OpenAI content generation tools throughout WebStarts. This will give you the ability to auto-generate content for your website.
Q: Hello,
Is Webstarts still being developed and supported?
I bought this deal in 2021 and have been happy with limited use for 7 simple websites. That said, I am not seeing much development in 2022 as we head into 2023. Does this product still have a team and a future? Thanks.
A: Yes, WebStarts has been perpetually developed and supported since our initial version launched in 2005.
2022 saw the release of many features and improvements. Here are a few.
- Agency client management. - Agency billing. - Save element groups as templates. - Save pages as templates. - SVG and vector support. - Integrated SVG library. - Integrated Illustrations library. - New masks and shapes like blogs, star, and brush strokes. - New menu styles like takeover, pill, and hamburger. - Accordion elements. - New skins, styles, and effects for a number of elements. - Expanded style and appearance controls for forms and buttons.
There's a bunch more user experience improvements as well.
Q: I missed this deal too :( Hope it returns soon :) By the way, will you consider adding a "Reviews" section ...
on product pages, so buyers can leave a product review?
