Q: 1.
I've read the questions/ answers/ documentation and I'm still confused about my clients being able to suggest edits. I used my second email address to pretend I was a client. I made an account, registered the client, confirmed my account but was unable to suggest edits. I was only able to comment on edits that had been previously suggested by the designer.
So.. I guess that for my clients to have the power to drop pins of suggestions, they have to be invited as a "member- Asignee" . I think that's correct?
2. Can I have 5 Asignees plus me on the first tier?
3. If I want the person to comment on each page of the website, either I teach them to switch to browse mode and new pages will automatically create along the top tab.
Or else I can create a tab for each page and they stay in task mode. Is that correct?
Thank you

May 15, 2024A: Hello, and thank you for choosing Webvizio!
1. Assignee access allows them to:
- Manage tasks at the project level
- Create or edit tasks/ delete tasks for themselves
- Indicate the status of task execution
- Assignees can not delete projects that were created by somebody else
- Assignees can not create a new project within your account.
In most cases, the assignee role is enough to collaborate on a project that you have already created. However, if you want to allow your clients to create and manage new projects and invite new users, we recommend assigning the project manager role.
2. For Tier 1, you can invite up to 5 users (project managers or assignees), including your own license. Viewers and guests do not count against the quota.
3. You can create multiple tabs in your project in two ways:
- Add a new tab by clicking on + next to an existing tab
- Click on a link in Browse mode (the URL should match the project domain name).
Within existing projects, both project managers and assignees can create new tabs. But, as I described above, assignees can not create a new project in your account.
I hope it helps.
Best regards,
Dan
