Q: I've had a look around the platform, and I like many aspects, but would like to get some answers before ...

writing my review/full-stacking/no-stacking.
Straight off the bat, I will say this: Your product is a great one, the UI is clean and intuitive, and the experience has, so far, been bug free.
Your user limits are more restrictive than anyone else I've seen here, however.
Under the right circumstances, though, I'd be more than happy to triple stack.
There will be many Sumolings who are willing to do the same. Having said that, at triple stack levels, generally we hope for quite a bit of flexibility from the creator.
My requests in return for full stack + Appsumo/G2/Capterra reviews are below.
I have other, smaller requests that I'll put up on the ideas board, but the questions here are dealbreakers for me, and will inform my decision.
I appreciate that for some of this, you might not know, but to protect my capital and time, I'd have to consider each unknown as a 'no'.
I'm not fussed about delivery time, but certainty of delivery is important for me. I'd really appreciate as frank an answer as you can give. Thank you!

1: I work at very specific breakpoints for most of my projects. Webvizio covers many of them, but not all. I see I can add any screen size manually in 'responsive' mode, but this isn't ideal for my clients. I'd like to be able to manage available resolutions, both restrictively and additionally. Is this on your roadmap? If not, can you commit to this making it into the platform one day?

2: I see that white labelling is currently under consideration, however I've yet to see a concrete answer from you on whether this will be attainable by Sumolings as part of their purchase. I'm willing to triple stack and write a favourable review for Webvisio, but not if I can't whitelabel (CNAME and branding). I appreciate that you're still weighing up the technicalities of this, but I think you'll find that many Sumolings are avoiding committing with this ambiguity hanging over the deal. One of the features many of us have come to feature highly in our decision making process is this white labelling. I think this is quite apparent by how many votes it's received on your roadmap. A full 'yes' at double or triple stack would result in many more sales here, but more importantly, many more reviews on G2, Capterra etc. It's just become a SumoThing.

3: I see no way to embed Webvizio into my project management software, without forcing users to sign up. At full-stack, I'd like the ability to sidestep registration, and grant access by linktype. This would mean I can embed a special link wherever I like, with permissions I've set. Anyone with that link can do whatever its permissions allow. This would alleviate some of the hesitance created by no CNAME. These links could still count towards quotas in the same way as users do, but would allow more flexibility. Can you commit to this making it into the platform one day?

Thanks for your time!

A: Hi Mike,
First, I want to thank you for your time and for providing such extensive and detailed feedback. We really appreciate the AppSumo community's constructive feedback since it can help us make our product better and more marketable.
As you mentioned, the Webvizio license cannot be stacked. However, we understand that stacking is preferable in some users' cases. Like many products listed in the AppSumo store, Webvizio is in an early stage, so we have to be mindful of our development resources to be able to deliver functionalities we've already committed to. Frankly, the stacking option requires some redevelopment and even relisting on the AppSumo platform, which we can't prioritize at this current phase.
1: Currently, Webvizio covers the most popular screen resolutions (you can also flip them for vertical/horizontal views). In cases when it does not cover the user needs, we allow the user to change it manually in responsive mode. We are committed to adding more pre-set screen resolutions in the future, but can't say which ones/when they'll be available for now.
2: We understand that CNAME and custom branding can be crucial for some AppSumo members and are fully committed to providing a quality product that fits all our customers' needs. Although we're actively considering this feature for our roadmap, we can't say when it might be added before investigating how it fits in the current business model and affects the App infrastructure. We will keep everybody in the loop via our public roadmap, and plan to provide dates and other details there as they become available.
3: Thank you so much for the valuable suggestion! I think the idea is excellent, and it can certainly be part of agencies' white label functionality in the future. We will definitely consider it further, but for the same reasons listed above, we need some time before committing to any additional developments outside the confirmed scope of work.
Thank you again for being such a valuable part of the community and for all your suggestions! We look forward to hearing from you with additional insight as you use the platform more.

Best regards,
Dan

Hey Dan,

Thanks in kind for your equally detailed response. I ran out of characters with my waffling so I couldn't convey well that I do understand that you probably can't commit to many/all of these things. Every decision is huge at this stage. I do appreciate that. I also should clarify I meant tier 3 when I said triple stack.

Unfortunately all the above (again, completely understandably) have to currently fall into the 'no' category for me (I'm pinching pennies pretty hard at the moment and already have proofing software that isn't as good as Webvizio).
Do you think you could come back to us Sumolings with something more concrete RE whitelabel before the end of your campaign here? I'd wager my hat that many Sumolings are holding off on this deal waiting for some indication either way on this specific feature.

Thanks again, and all the best.

Hey Mike,
Currently, we're extensively gathering product feedback and suggestions for our public road map. We're going to announce our plans and updated roadmap for AppSumo users sometime before the end of the campaign. Thanks again for all your valuable input!

Thanks Dan!

So long as I know roughly where I stand by the end of the campaign, I'll be in a much better place to make my decision.
Best of luck with sales!

These were my exact concerns too, esp the bullet #2 and #3. White labeling is a must have for Sumolings and for the agency full stack accounts atleast if we can have the options of agency link validation as opposed to individual signups.

Please consider these and I will go full stack too.

White labelling is a MUST. I understand it will take time, but even for now, so long as we know that as an Appsumo Tier 3 client, you will give us white label if and when it is made available on your platform to others, then that may be all that is needed to say.

+1 & Major one would be request to more seats and multistacking!
