A: Hi, thank you for the questions.
You and your client can collaborate on any live websites, including dev sites protected by passwords.
To add new pages or new tasks, a user can be at least in the "assignee" role, which will count against the quota. When you share your projects with your clients via a link, after registration, they become viewers (if you haven't assigned the higher role before). Viewers can comment on already existing tasks but can't create their own. Viewers do not count against the quota, and you can add as much as you want.
You can learn more about Webvizio roles here 👉 https://webvizio.com/help-center/invite-your-teammates/
Thanks,
Dan

Ok just to be sure, checked the link. Let's say we are 3 webdevs. We take the role of project manager.
We made 12 websites in 1 month. Thus we have at least 12 clients.
We add 12 clients and assign them as viewer. All 12 clients can view their own sites and add comments/drawing to the page.
Eventually we have used 3 users (3 project manager) out of 5 available users.

Is this correct ?

Hi,
Just to clarify - do you want your customers to create their own tasks (pins on the website)? It's important because a viewer can comment on already created somebody's tasks but won't be able to create their own. Task and comments are dependent instances - so you can't leave a comment without creating a task. In case yes, I would recommend using a higher than Tier 1, optimally Tier 3 with unlimited users, so they all potentially can create tasks.

Ok noted, indeed clients are supposed to put comments themselves. Thanks for your response.
