I've just started playing with it, but I am already so excited! I can manage my freelance work, collaborate with my dev team, and share results with the website owners. Finally, I can get clear feedback from my customers and know exactly what they are talking about LOL. I can see all incoming tasks from my clients right away and assign them to my team to take care of them. Will be recommending it to all my designers and freelancers friends!
