Very Clunky End User Experience
The core tool is well-designed. But, I am struggling to make this an acceptable experience for a customer. Unfortunately, the support has been very dismissive (it is what it is approach) .. Maybe I just got Alex on a bad day.

Thank you for your feedback. Our team continuously works on improving our product, and customer experience is always our top priority. However, we prefer to be open and upfront about some requests that we currently cannot satisfy due to security, technical, or other reasons. I did not mean to be dismissive, so please accept my apologies if it came across that way.
