I bought Tier3 LTD in 2023. Recently, when I tried to start using the app and move it into production, I was surprised to find my account empty,nothing under account settings, activations, integrations, literally nothing. I contacted their customer support last night and today via live chat and email, hoping for a prompt response, but as of 3:00 PM, I have received nothing. It seems they have turned their backs on their first AppSumo supporters and are focusing only on paid subscribers.
The chatbot is awesome but I encountered issues during testing. The chatbot could not receive responses. My dev attempted to assist me with checking functionality and it was unsuccessful. Support seems very slow, I’m possibly thinking of switching to another chatbot system.

Outstanding Chatbot and Live Chat platform (Feature Rich!)
I've been using WeConnect.chat for a few weeks now and all I can say is that its extremely undervalued.
The product is very very feature rich and has a cleaner UI than most products I've seen here. The chatbot building proces is very easy and straightforward. Although there could be some improvements between the flowchart and the component builder. Designing the widget, landingpage or embedded version is fun and the platform gives you endless options how to design your chatbot interface. Especially for the widget there are many design settings and options (like prerecorded video, welcome messages, animations, knowledge base, etc) you can select.
The agent dashboard is quite good and being able to switch to video chat is a great option. I really love the product and with the coming ChatGTP integration this is a no-brainer to me!
The onboarding could have some improvements as the product is quite feature rich and there are many options to select, but the support team and video tutorials are very helpful regarding any issues I faced.
I am enjoying the product so far, there has been some minor bugs but nothing major. I have pointed it out and was assured by support team that they will fix. Looking forward to seeing chat gpt implementation - I believe that would make this tool a beast.
