Q: Does the whitelabel also applied on the back end
I mean for the team members? Also will the team members have separate accounts without seeing each other customers or data?

Whitelabel – It applies only to the public interface, not the private back-office.
Team member accounts & data separation – The data is organized in “silos” represented by each initiative. Thus, the team in charge of initiative A will not see the data from initiative B.

Q: Can only 1 client portal be used for multiple clients?
I am trying to build a client portal, so my clients can:
• See their private credentials for their project my company created • See the media or documents we signed for the collaboration • See invoices • Pull tickets and for support and inquiries
I am planning on getting the Tier 3 plan and there’s the 19% off discount (LETSGO) going on and I don’t have much time.
My question is, if that client portal can be used for that purpose.
