Subtitle Issues & Voice
I MODIFIED THIS REVIEW based on the response below. It's now 4 stars instead of 1 star. I didn't realize the STUDIO EFFECT was the problem. It's good to know that I can turn it off and preserve the original audio. I'm also happy to hear that Wisecut is working on making the subtitle position adjustable. This is a necessity. If they can prioritize it, it will make the product so much better.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I couldn't find a way to reposition the subtitles. Is this even possible? If not, it won't work for me because the subtitles cover my face when it punches in. Unfortunately, it seems that Wisecut AI currently lacks the ability to move or reposition auto-generated subtitles to a specific location on the screen. The subtitles are burned-in at a fixed default location.
I also had some issues with the audio quality.
If they fix the problems, I'd love to keep the product and change this review. But unless they can fix it, I'll have to return my AppSumo purchase.

Jun 18, 2026Hi FounderSpace,
Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that our support team did reply to your ticket on June 11 and asked for more details so we could investigate the specific project. It’s possible that our reply was missed or went to another inbox, but we’re happy to continue helping.
After seeing the new feedback you left today inside the project, our team identified the project and went ahead and re-exported it for you with the optional Studio Voice effect turned off, so the audio remains intact from the original video. Wisecut does not normally make major changes to the original audio unless optional audio enhancement features are enabled. If you didn’t like the result with Studio Voice, exporting again with that option turned off should preserve the original audio.
Regarding subtitles, you are right that this can happen in some cases when Auto Reframe / punch-in is enabled. Our subtitles are positioned automatically to save editing time, and we try to avoid moving them too aggressively for very short punch-in moments so they don’t jump around too much.
For now, one workaround is to export without the punch-in effect if subtitle placement is more important for that video. We are also working on improvements to give users more control over subtitle placement in the future, but I don’t want to overpromise an exact release date yet.
We’d love to help you get this working better before you decide whether to keep or refund the product. If you can reply to the support email with any additional details, our team can continue helping from there.
