Hi Helga, I see the model is based around seats, which can also mean number of cards. Have you considered allowing each 'user' to be able to create two cards, a personal and work profile. This is the model I've seen previously and would make Wisery a solid option. Many thanks, Andrew

Q: Can 100 seat license be used for agency clients?
Let's say I run a digital marketing agency. Is it possible with the multi-seat license to provision a seat to our clients as part of, say, our branding package where we give them an invite to create their wallet card under our account?

A: You can create a card for them and share the installation URL. Currently we don't have different admin levels
Q: When someone scans your QR code, does it download a .vcf contact, add a Wallet pass, or offer both?
I have several of these LTDs, whether it’s ELK QR, Wisery, or a similar digital business card service, they often offers these here:
1. View profile 2. Save Contact (vCard) 3. Add to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet
AND those are all separate actions, so how do I set that up. On the Online Card I can show the profile, right? But on the Wallet Card do I click on the LEFT button to get the vCARD...

A: Hi! You add your card to Wallet, similar to a boarding pass. It has a QR code. When someone scans the QR code, the QR code can open "save to contacts" (vCard): * iPhone → Contacts * Android → Contacts / People Your Wallet card can be updated at any time, but not contacts previously saved
Q: Is there any hierarchy in team management and access?
Admin and Member to individual card access, is this possible? I do not want to make all 100 or 200 cards myself. I can share access only to individual "cards"?

A: Hi! - At this miment it's LTR, but we'll explore options to add RTL - We have advanced design features in UI, so no need for CSS customization via code - I think we extended our library of fonts. There is no option to add your own fonts B

Got your point. We don't have Arabic fonts connected yet. But we can add them in a month with next release
