Q: I've tried a little and am thrilled with the results when it works.
Some questions have arisen:
1. which file formats are supported for the audio upload? m4a not yet, can this still be added?
2. I've been trying for hours to transcribe an mp3 audio file with 44MB, but it's not working. Is there anything else I need to consider or can you fix this?
