A: Custom AI Actions are specific actions you can design to transform the transcripts. For example, I built the whole of the WizWrite knowledge base (https://knowledge.wizwrite.io) using a custom AI Action and then I just spoke to make those documents.

Using the Custom AI Actions gives you a ton more freedom to really tailor the AI to your needs so they are super valuable in my view.
