Good idea, nice workflows, but still issues
Wiz Write has nice pragmatic workflows and the utilized APIs in the backend work good. The performance was always acceptable.
I bought this a couple of months ago, and it got at least 2 feature updates.
One feature Wiz Write advertises, and I was highly interested in, never worked for me. - To speak in my natural German language and get the transcript auto-translated to English. I reported this at least 2 times, my feedback was acknowledged but nothing happened. That's actually sad, as it is advertised as one of the core features. As my settings for this gets continuously ignored, I assume this bug also applies to other languages. I didn't test it.
The Chrome extension is randomly not logged in per tab, depending on what websites I currently visit. That is also an issue since the first hour and makes it not usable for me.
I also don't like to use the frontend on the PC, where I use Wiz Write most of the time. Using touch / mobile optimized interfaces on the PC always has some downsides, and it just doesn't feel good with this way to big elements. It's like using this first MVP release of an app. Especially organizing already created content is a pain in the a**, as there is also no multi-select possible.
This would be at least a 4 taco for me for the pragmatic workflows and approach without stuff you don't need. But that this bug gets not fixed with the translation is a big issue for me.
Update Oct 26th:
The issue with the not working translation got fixed, as far as tested it. Now it is definitely already a 4 taco <3

Oct 20, 2024Hey there, thanks for the review. Can you please try this out now. We have spent a lot of resources over the past week, digging in and fixing this bug so it should be resolved now.
If you are logged in on the browser with the extension active then you should also be logged in there. Please do email us again if you find an issue. We have been rolling out updates steadily over the past months. Personas and the Magic Instruct are two recent things we have pushed which are proving popular.
A PWA is also now released for making mobile use even better with some more updates to come to make things even more fluid. I get that this bug was probably around a little too long, it was a little complicated in terms of some database corruption preventing a few things being saved when updated but we are confident it is now resolved and have fully tested everything with the fix in.
