Lost my recordings
So I lost a few very important recordings which were over 10 minutes long.
They tell that the tool would work in browser, but this is not the case. As soon as the lock screen appears, some strange things happen.
In my case, only a minute was transcribed every time. Unfortunately, i did not check the transcriptions in detail. I just checked that there are no errors and something is transcribed but not how long the transcription was.
Besides that, there were a lot of problems with uploading existing sound files.
I will return my 2 codes.

Sep 10, 2024As mentioned over support, some mobile phones are doing strange things when the screen is put onto standby or locked. You would think that actively using the product would require the browser to be open uninterrupted. You could have asked about this and we would have confirmed that. Similarly if I am watching a television and turn my back on the television, I am not going to get the full experience. This is just what happens when you put your phone on standby or put the lock screen on. It is not something that we have any control over and is therefore not a fault with the product.
Saying this, the upcoming mobile app will solve such issues. I am glad you feel the need to further damage small businesses when this was already spoken about with support is a worthy and noble endeavor.
