Unfortunately, I personally cannot share the good reviews. I have tried several times to upload an mp3 file for a transcript and each time I get an error message telling me to contact support.
I have already contacted support by email on 30 June, 1 July and today, 5 July, and they have not really addressed the problem so far. The support chat has also always been unattended. Therefore, I cannot recommend WizWrite so far. My audio files to be transcribed are fully functional. Another voice to note tool, which was active on Appsumo until recently, had no problems transcribing the file.
I'm curious to see if and how the founder of WizWrite responds to my review ....

Jul 8, 2024Disappointed by this review. User reached out on 30th June. Responded to ask for the file which was provided at the end of the day 1st July. As last week was big with holidays, 4th July etc, we were running light but it has been responded to today (before I saw this review).
We do not generally work support on weekends except for mission critical breaks in the product and are simply not at a stage to run a 24 hour support. Could we have been faster here? Yes. Do we plan on changing our support protocols for holidays and weekends? Absolutely not at this stage of the product.
