Q: Follow-Up Questions About Teams and Individuals
Hi,
When the team uses collaborative workspaces and project boards, is it possible to add only the desired team members as needed, instead of having the entire team automatically included?
(I haven't purchased it yet; this is one of my evaluation criteria.)

About team members: Yes, you can invite specific people individually. But you do have the option to automatically include any folks who sign up with your domain.
Additionally, as an Owner or Admin you have full control over members. You can remove them at any point to free up their slot.

No, not required. :) You and your team can use regular email accounts, they will just join with an invite link.
