I was in need of kinda a 'bigger' cart than I had in my menu. The shop it is used on is being used by older people so the floating cart really helps make the cart easier to spot. And with the animations options it is easier to understand that you put something into your basket. Also it's working very easily and nicely, no hard configuration settings and the settings panel is easily available in the customizer and the available features are all in all very satisfying.
Two things I would like them to improve on to make it even better (for me): - easy translation management inside the plugin to change the wording without having to install a translation plugin (if your site isn't multilingual an easy translation page to put your native wording in would be super-useful) - an option to change the loading icon from this kinda piggy-bank to something else (maybe there is an option and I just didn't find it so far)
Those two things don't stop me from giving this plugin 5 tacos, though because it's easy, straight forward and doesn't slow down your site.

+ They are keeping developing and updating their plugin. + You can change any part of the plugin on the admin area. + They say floating cart but you can also use it for the regular cart (mini cart) as well. + compatibility with themes and many other plugins is very good.

It's a nice to have for a WooCommerce site, simple to set up looks great and so on. The only drawback is that I didn't need it for 30 sites (just one... maybe 2) but that's not something to vote down on in my opinion.
Looks nice! Works as expected. Can be installed and run with the default setting, but there are a lot of customization options so you can fine-tune it for your particular needs. As mentioned before "The little things" make a big difference for UX. Saves a few clicks for customers to complete an order. The plugin is ready for translation.
Unfortunately I do not have a super active store right now and have only tested it on a few new stores, but I really like it. Easy to set up and works 100% as expected.
No additional tuning needed, every important aspects are covered by settings.
