I've never returned an appsumo deal before, but evidently there's a first time for everything.

I grabbed 2 codes for this because it seemed like a good way to build quiz funnels.

My first shock came when I registered my account and got sent to wp-admin to log in. I was expecting the product to be built on an actual app, not a WordPress install. It doesn't matter how much you customize it, WordPress is not designed for this kind of functionality. I'm a WordPress user and I love it, but it's a blogging platform.

I put that aside though, ignoring the fact that it would take HOURS to make a quiz in Woorise's clunky builder compared to 5 minutes in anything modern. I still wanted to make the most of my purchase so I spent hours wrestling with the UI and poring over Woorise's documentation.

Speaking of documentation, they have basically none. Their conditional logic requires that you have an advanced understanding of the product from the get-go, but there is NOTHING to help you develop that understanding.

At this point I emailed support. In return I got a long, complex list of difficult to follow instructions. I managed to wrap my head around them, but the result was that I learned that Woorise either can't do what I want it to, or else doing it would be absurdly difficult and time consuming.

I guess if you want a slow and clunky custom form builder, Woorise would work, but I wanted a dynamic platform i could use to build customized quiz funnels. This feature is advertised on their website, but there's not really any way to accomplish it without being some kind of mathematician, which I'm not.

I responded to the email from support with several more questions, and I haven't heard back in about a week. If there was any chance of me not returning this deal, that killed it.
