I have been checking out the new version of Wope. Will we be able to filter data not just by country but also by city and town? That was the best feature in the original Wope version, because it helped with Local SEO work.
Q: Will Wope still work? I have Tier 4 and paid $389, but unfortunately it's not working.
Let people know when you’re planning to release an update, or at least let them know if you’re not going to update it anymore and will leave the product as it is. I think people just want to know what your plans are. Or maybe hand it over to someone else so the people who bought it can still get some use out of it. I see you’ve launched a new tool now, and that’s totally fine, but this way it feels like you’re leaving people behind.
The last blog update said "We now anticipate that the Rank Tracker module will be fully operational by the end of May 2025. We sincerely apologize for this delay and appreciate your continued patience and understanding." We're a month out from that without any updates. I agree, this is frustrating that the tool we paid for is not working and there has been no communication about if it ever will.
Here's the canned response I got end of March from AppSumo:
"Given their reliable history, proactive communication and proof of working towards a sustainable fix, AppSumo is confident that full feature access will be restored to Sumolings. Because of this, we are not offering refunds for Wope purchases at this time."
submit the refund request to sumo support before the month ends per sumo response i got from support. thats what they told me. handful of people i know got theirs back in full credits already
I bought the product hoping it would be a unicorn - modern friendly interface - super tool. Then the problems started - currently looks like the whole thing has been abandoned - please AppSumo to respond - I want my money back according to your policy.

Login was not working, so I used "Forgot password" and received an email from support. Account working now :) , and the limits of the Tier plan are ok
