The situation has not changed in any way; support is still unresponsive, and the service is still not working.
Does AppSumo plan to influence the situation?

As we mentioned in our announcement here: https://blog.wope.com/navigating-googles-changes-core-update-from-wope/, there is a very extensive infrastructure work underway. Most of our modules are currently operational. However, the data in the rank tracker modules hasn't fully arrived for all accounts yet. We expect it to be available by mid-April.

I emailed AppSumo yesterday and was told:
"Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
We completely understand how this situation can be frustrating. We want to let you know that we’re currently aware of this matter with Wope, and our team is actively monitoring the situation. We expect to have more information and clarity to share in May."
