Q: Will Wope still work? I have Tier 4 and paid $389, but unfortunately it's not working.

Let people know when you’re planning to release an update, or at least let them know if you’re not going to update it anymore and will leave the product as it is. I think people just want to know what your plans are. Or maybe hand it over to someone else so the people who bought it can still get some use out of it. I see you’ve launched a new tool now, and that’s totally fine, but this way it feels like you’re leaving people behind.

The last blog update said "We now anticipate that the Rank Tracker module will be fully operational by the end of May 2025. We sincerely apologize for this delay and appreciate your continued patience and understanding." We're a month out from that without any updates. I agree, this is frustrating that the tool we paid for is not working and there has been no communication about if it ever will.

Here's the canned response I got end of March from AppSumo:

"Given their reliable history, proactive communication and proof of working towards a sustainable fix, AppSumo is confident that full feature access will be restored to Sumolings. Because of this, we are not offering refunds for Wope purchases at this time."

Time to get back to them, I guess.
