I purchased Tier 2 last year, and they did everything possible to prevent me from using the app....

Products stopped working a few months ago and devs apparently just walked away.

Worked well until it didnt and now it doesnt work at all.... extremely unhappy

I initially found the software satisfactory for a few months. However, it soon began to exhibit glitches, leading to an endless string of unproductive interactions with customer support. Eventually, the company became unresponsive to emails and deleted their Discord channel. Regrettably, I had purchased the Level 4 package, which proved to be a mistake. This experience has led me to lose trust in AppSumo's lifetime deals, as they seem to last only a few months. I've wasted money and time, and have faced embarrassment with clients due to the tool's shortcomings. AppSumo what's up? I need to do a YouTube video. Vendors selling unreliable products that don't last a year, a quick cash grab, refuse refunds, and then disappear. This is the way, buyer beware!

I have stop purchasing anything from Appsumo anymore. its almost useless. giving money to these companies and they just close the project completely within months.
