I bought Wope as a lifetime deal expecting the features and support shown at purchase. What I got instead feels like a cash grab.

I paid for a high tier and waited for promised updates that never arrived. A year later the app has been stripped down. Now it only lets you scan a site to see some keywords. Core features and roadmap priorities disappeared.

The product’s functionality and data quality are far below expectations. It’s nowhere near the level of established SEO tools; the features are limited and the results unreliable, so it provides little real value for SEO.

AppSumo has not clearly informed customers about these changes. This looks like founders took early funding from Sumolings and then failed to support their commitments, while the marketplace lets this happen.

Taken together, this feels like a pattern of misleading LTD marketing followed by a de-prioritization of original customers. I’ve lost trust in buying lifetime deals on AppSumo because of experiences like this.

Do not buy LTDs unless you’re prepared for a degraded product, possible account lockout, and minimal support. I want a refund. This deal never delivered on what was sold.
