Hello, I bought this agreement a long time ago, now I see that they have updated and uploaded new templates which were promised for this deal, however they do not want to provide me with the updates. Has anyone else been denied this?

A: New themes were never part of the deal. 360 themes with lifetime updates and support was always part of the deal which we are honoring till date and will continue to do so in future too.
Q: I'm still fairly new to WP and I do know that Divi is installed on my site.
Am I able to use your product with Divi? I saw Elementor in the list of integrations, via your Appsumo page, but didn't see Divi. Just wanted to check before making a purchase. Thanks!

A: We have 285 themes in Elementor out of the 370 odd. We have only single Divi theme which makes use of Divi page builder.
Q: Hello
We never use Elementor for our websites and don't want to install the tool under any circumstances.
Can the themes also be installed and operated without Elementor, only with Gutenberg? I also don't want Elementor to be installed when the theme is installed. Is that possible?

A: Only Gutenberg themes bundle with 20+ themes can be used and some other themes using SKT Builder. Rest 280+ themes you won't be able to use as they make use of Elementor.
We also have SKT Divi theme which is made using Divi builder. That you can make use of.

I am still at version 3 for one theme when your live version is version 6. Please correct this.
