I have noticed a recent trend with companies that take to AppSumo and DealMirror. They take your money and then shut you out of their platform. This just happened to me with a company on AppSumo and on DealMirror. With Wordwriter, I've been locked out of my account for an unknown reason.
Support (Jay Douglas) wrote after my second attempt writing them, asking for my AppSumo codes, and now they've vanished. I've written two more email to Jay, and he doesn't respond.

I just purchased 3 tiers and was surprised to see that there’s no option to translate into Spanish, even though it’s one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. Are you planning to include this option? If so, what’s the expected timeline? Thank you very much.

A: Thank you for your feedback! We’re actively working on expanding our language options, and Spanish is definitely on the roadmap. Our goal is to roll out Spanish support by the first quarter of 2026, along with additional languages. We appreciate your patience as we make these updates!
We have multiple team members and several companies I'm involved with. However, not all team members participate in every company. Is it possible to grant access to team members only for specific companies, ensuring they can view and manage documents exclusively within designated company folders?
