We know it's been 20 days since our last big update, and we wanted to share everything that's shipped, because it's a lot, and we're genuinely excited about it.

Here's what's new in WorkLLM:

• 100+ Native App Integrations: WorkLLM now connects directly to over 100 of your everyday tools, Gmail, Notion, Slack, Google Docs, and more. Manage your work right from WorkLLM without switching tabs.

• MCP Support: Need an app that isn't in our native list yet? MCP lets you connect it directly, so you're not limited to just what's built in.

• Agentic Execution: This is the big one. WorkLLM is now smarter than ever, it can think through your requests, take multiple actions, and actually get things done, not just answer questions. Ask it to search the web, generate images, create HTML and wireframe previews, build diagrams and charts. Just tell WorkLLM what you need, and let it handle the rest.

• Balance Cost and Quality on Recommended: When the model is set to Recommended, an Auto cost tier control now appears next to it. Choose Low to prefer cheaper models, Medium for a balance, or High to prefer higher quality. Default keeps WorkLLM's usual routing, and your choice is saved on that conversation. Use Low for everyday questions and High when the answer really matters.

• Read Out Loud, In Any Language: Completed responses can now be read aloud, in any supported language, not just English.

• Speak Instead of Type: Dictate your prompts directly using your microphone, transcribed live in your message box in your language (not just English).

• Download HTML Previews as an Image: HTML and wireframe previews can now be saved as a PNG. Open the preview, click Download preview (or Download in the artifact panel), and choose Image (PNG). The HTML source download is still there too if you need the code.

• See Which Model Created an Image: Generated images now show a caption naming the exact model used, like "Generated by: Gemini 3.1 Flash Image Preview." Download, open original, and regenerate all still work as before.

• Export Chats as Word & PDF: You can now export full chats directly as Word documents or PDFs.

This has been one of our biggest update batches yet, and a lot of it came directly from feedback shared right here in this community, thread by thread, bug report by bug report. Keep it coming, it's genuinely shaping what we build next.

I'm Dhimant, CEO & co-founder at WorkLLM. It's been a few weeks since launch, and I wanted to give you a real update, not just a features list, but where we actually stand and what's shipped.

First, thank you. The feedback from this community has been more direct, detailed, and useful than I expected, and a lot of what's below exists because of specific things you flagged.

New tiers, Tier 5 and Tier 6

For teams that outgrew our original tiers, we've added two higher tiers with more credits and more workspace flexibility. If you've been holding off because your usage didn't fit our original range, these should close that gap.

Credit efficiency

Credit usage was one of the most common pieces of feedback we got, and we took it seriously. We've made several backend improvements, better caching, more efficient memory and document processing, and smarter handling of web search context, all aimed at getting you more out of the same credits. These changes are live and we are expecting 10-20% credit efficiency now.

Full credit transparency

You'll now see exactly what's being used, and when. Credit cost shows up after every answer, every memory update, and every agent test, and there's a live credit meter at the top of your workspace showing your personal usage, workspace-wide usage, and your next refill date, all in one place.

Deep Research + Reasoning controls

You can now choose reasoning depth (Low, Medium, High) alongside deep research, so you're not paying for more thinking than a given task actually needs.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

Now live. Bring your own model provider keys and use them directly inside WorkLLM.

Release notes

We've started publishing proper release notes for every update, so you can see exactly what shipped and when, rather than discovering changes by accident.

Organization memory improvements

You can now upload multiple links at once instead of one at a time, and set links to refresh automatically, daily, weekly, or manually, so your memory stays current without re-adding content by hand.

RTL support

Hebrew and Urdu are now fully supported with correct right-to-left formatting.

Voice input

You can now speak directly into WorkLLM instead of typing.

None of this would have shipped this fast without the specificity of feedback from this community, thread by thread, bug by bug. Keep it coming, it's genuinely shaping the roadmap in real time.

I've talked to a lot of SMB owners, and I keep hearing the same thing. WorkLLM remembers your business, your docs, past work, decisions already made, so you stop re-explaining your company from scratch every conversation. You can save good AI Answers with one click directly in Organization Memory so the next person builds on it instead of starting over.

I wanted this in the hands of exactly the kind of business that has to punch above its weight, lean, resourceful, trying to grow without a budget to hire for every function.
