And because the interface is so easy, you don't need to train everyone for hours before they can start.

Is everything perfect? No.

There are things I'd still like: better clarity about credit usage and what gets saved where, BYOK, API/MCP access, dedicated desktop/mobile apps, offline access, and improved RTL support.

I'd also love higher-tier plans for heavier users. At the same time, I appreciate that they're thinking about sustainability instead of simply giving away unlimited usage to win customers.

Many of these features are already on the roadmap, and after seeing the heart and soul of the founder in every support response, I’m completely comfortable waiting. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the product and the users, and that gives me confidence that these features will be done right.

The support is on another level

This is where WorkLLM really surprised me.

I sent a long list of feedback, questions, bugs, and feature requests. I expected the usual "Thanks, we'll pass it along."

Instead, I got real answers within hours, even on Sundays.

But what impressed me even more is that they didn't just tell me they were working on things.

They actually shipped updates and fixes.

I've seen issues I reported get fixed within a day or two, along with improvements being released based on customer feedback.

They also explain what they're doing, why they made certain decisions, and when something doesn't fit their vision. That's the kind of transparency I really appreciate.

I've rarely seen a SaaS team respond to customers this quickly and then actually deliver the changes.

Why 5 tacos? 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

I've tried a ridiculous number of AI tools looking for something that actually saves me time.

I've seen buggy platforms, complicated automation systems, endless-feature tools with terrible UX, and wrappers that don't add enough value.
