I couldn't completely understand the setup of your multiple businesses. Workpark supports one business (brand) per account.

The concern here is the number of business names. If you have more than one business name then you would need multiple Workpark accounts - one for each business.

However, similar to your unified tax entity (assuming it's one same tax number for all three businesses) if you have one legal entity (umbrella brand) then you may use a single Workpark account and conduct business in your legal business name.

As for email addresses, similar to business names you can only configure one email address per account for sending all kinds of documents and notifications to your clients.

Hi Trevor,

I can understand that, however, I would suggest you give it a try yourself, you might be able to find an implementation of the existing features which may help you utilize Workpark for all the 3 of your businesses.

There is a custom fields option to help extend the system functionality which is available for most of the modules including but not limited to clients, quotes, invoices, employees, projects etc

And if it doesn't work for your use case then you can refund it :)
