The Zoom integration works seamlessly, you don't have to login or connect any accounts. From the video conference (earlier called as Zoom Meeting) link you can setup a video meeting, invite team members and/or clients and start meeting at the scheduled time.

On the other hand, the participants can also go to the same section and click "join meeting" to join. That's all.
