Nice UI but can’t do anything
I am not sure if my account is just a dud, but I see nothing in my admin area like in the videos I have seen online. My only menu item other than mission control is Modules. Nothing for messages/announcements or individual modules like customers/finance. There is very little or no documentation and 0 integrations other than payment providers.
It says it integrates with Zoom, however there is no where to actually integrate it as well as no instructions.
6 months ago they said they were going to have an Open API, however, I see nothing for that either.
THe UI and from what I can see is videos looks great, but if I can’t use it what good is a good UI?
I am a Zoho user and partner and this says it is a replacement… that is 100% not true. Even with things working, the fact that there is 0 integrations, 0 workflow automation capabilities it does not hold a candle to Zoho.
Hopefully someone from support can help me figure out why my account looks so much different than in the videos, but as of now I could not justify referring this to my clients nor use it myself.

May 9, 2024Hello shapeyourbiz,
Thank you for sharing your feedback!
Please know I had sent you a detailed email relating to all your concerns, a day after your review. So, that we could address the issues and guide you where needed.
I will appreciate if you could respond there and give us a chance to help you utilize Workpark effectively for your business requirements :)
In addition, briefly responding below, if incase that email address is not actively used:
We had made some changes to the navigation bar along with a small note in the same bar that mentions where the moved items are. This was primarily done to accommodate the upcoming bookmarkable items. The messages, announcements. and notes are all moved to the dock to stay with you throughout the platform.
The Zoom integration is seamless, you can simply go to video conference section and start a meeting, similarly, the invited team members or clients can go to the same section and join you in the meeting in a single click of a button, without any sign up, login or connection setup required. Hence, no settings or configurations.
As for the OpenAPI, it could be a misunderstanding dear. We only started to think about it after launching the AppSumo deal and haven't openly advertised it anywhere yet.
As far as comparison with Zoho is concerned. Zoho or more specifically Zoho One, is what Workpark is similar to in its approach and concept. Zoho serves medium to Enterprise customers with their largest customer having 32000 staff (as claimed by Zoho) while Workpark is clearly for SMBs, consultants, small agencies and freelancers. Plus, Zoho is an established company and Workpark is a startup running a lifetime deal along with a different use-case as mentioned above, is the reason for the difference of functionality. But we are improving and will be adding more features.
I hope that helps. However, I would still wait to hear from you on the email so we can further assist you make the most of Workpark :)
Thank you
Arslan
