Zapier is live already, integrating with our Schedule feature.

No immediate plans for Webhooks or Make at this moment.

1.) Does your software have the option to send & receive SMS text message reminders for appointments and events?

2.) Are we able to receive text messages when an appointment is made?

3.) If this is not a feature now, is SMS texting on your roadmap?

Thank you for your question. We do not currently offer "Workspaces" functionality. However, we provide routing forms that can direct your customers to the appropriate booking link based on their submission. This may serve as a viable workaround.

1 ) Can I use my own branding with your software?

2.) Is your software branded with your logo or powered by WorkRamen? If so, can it be removed or enabled?

3.) Are there plans to integrate your software with Zapier alternatives such as Albato https://appsumo.com/products/albato/, which was on the Appsumo platform recently?

4.) Are there plans to integrate with payment gateways? If so, when will this feature be available?

5.) If payment gateway is on your roadmap, can each calendar or event have its own payment gateway?

1. We do not currently offer detailed or customized branding options. The only available feature is the ability to set a profile picture for your brand.

2. Yes, our platform currently displays "Powered by WorkRamen" branding. We do not have plans to remove this feature at the moment.

Q: Hello Support Team, Great product!

1.) I have multiple brands. Can I use on Tier to manage all of my brands since your software have, unlimited calendars, unlimited booking events, unlimited documents for signing, unlimited documents for sharing, and unlimited visitors check ins?

2.) With this being a LTD purchase, can I change out my users as needed?

3.) Is there a dashboard to manage users?

4.) Can users have limited functions, based on their roles and responsibilities?

5.) Is the chatbots feature provided for each user? Please explain how this feature works in detail. Thanks

2. The number of users is based on the codes you have purchased. You can delete and invite new users as long as the total count remains within your allotted limit.
