Scant tool with terrible support

Another failing tool
This tool had issues like emails ALWAYS going to spam, design not clean or professional for documents compared to legit tools, and now it seems to be on it's way out with nothing at all working and no support. Really tired of all the appsumo deals that go belly up.

No support for other languages.
Unfortunately for me it is not usable.
The problem is that the tool currently only works in English.
