Just an advice, you should not focus on screenshots and recording rather than make it more in-depth tracking solution with data as timelyapp or rize does. Accurate tracking information provides a deeper understanding of performance and productivity than mere screenshots. I feel recording or screenshots are just waste of disk space. :)
