Q: Team Chat and 1-on-1 chat
Project Management should have these two important tools without which the product is incomplete. I did not see any mention on chats.

Thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify—are you referring to real-time chat functionality, such as direct 1-on-1 messaging and team chat channels?
Currently, we offer comment threads within tasks where team members can collaborate and communicate in context.
That said, Slack integration is currently in development, and Microsoft Teams integration is also on our roadmap to support more seamless team communication.
We’d love to hear more about your specific use case to better understand your needs.

Yes, direct chat and team collibration; both in built. Microsoft Team has limitations of 10k chat logs. So, would like to keep the chat logs intact.
Understood. At the moment, comment threads are the built-in option. Within comments, you can @mention teammates, upload attachments, react with emojis, and use quick replies to keep collaboration smooth and organized.

Also, do you support client roles? does a user sesr count as a client?
To support clients who only need to see the project progress, you can share the board: https://guide.workzappy.com/project/board/share-board, and they don't need to become users taking up licenses. For clients who are more involved, and need edit access, we do support custom roles and custom permissions: https://guide.workzappy.com/organization/permission-management.

Can the clients comment on the tasks in the ready only shared board view?
Hi TGP, the shared board is read-only to non-licensed users and they won't be able to comment on the tasks. However, there is a Project Collaborator role specifically for this purpose: they can create tasks and add comments, but won't be able to edit or delete any task. Project Collaborator does need to be a member of the project though.
