While this plugin may claim to integrate with multiple platforms, it doesn’t provide functionality with all of them.
I use Kit. When you connect, it only shows tags. When I contacted support, I was told to contact Kit as many people are using this and don’t have an issue.
I contacted Kit support and was told that if a tool only applies tags and does not create the subscriber first, new subscribers will never be added.
Also, device-specific functionality is incomplete. You can customize the designs by desktop, tablet, or mobile. But if you change the triggers on one device, it changes it for all of them. You also can’t put multiple triggers, like exit intent or time delay. Although it gives you the option to do either this or that, it will only work if you put one single trigger.
I suggest you read the documentation before purchasing this plugin. If you use Kit, then this plugin is not a good fit.

I was already using a popup plugin but I was looking for something with more options, better visuals, user friendly, visually appealing and at a fair price. I dowloaded WowOptin and gave the free version a 10 minutes evaluation. I immediately purchased the pro version at a more than fair price for all that it has to offer. One of the best plugins i've used in decades!

I encountered a glitch in the plugin where geolocation didn't work as expected. The support team rapidly got a hold of my problem and solved it in a few hours. That's great support!

I had this implemented on a Wordpress website in about 15 minutes from activation on. Really easy to use. I haven't connected it to any of the email systems YET, but that's coming up next. I used to use Optin Monster and got rid of it due to the cost, but I think this will work just as well for me.

1. No URL Targeting (Major Limitation)
A basic feature is missing: URL targeting. Without it, all high-traffic category pages are excluded from campaigns unless they happen to fit WowOptin’s rigid “pages” or “posts” options.
Example: I have several category URLs generating tens of thousands of visits monthly, but since the tool doesn’t allow targeting by URL, all that traffic is lost. When I reached out to support, the response was simply, “We don’t support URL targeting—maybe in the future.” But URL targeting would immediately solve this problem.

2. Popups Randomly Disappear
On the pages where it does work, there’s another critical flaw: the popup frequently appears for a split second and then closes automatically/disappears. I’ve tested this across multiple devices, VPNs, and browsers, and the issue persists so it's not our fault. The result? A steep drop in conversion rates compared to the previous solution we used.

3. Poor Support Experience
Support has been slow and ineffective. Initial responses were copy-paste answers that didn’t address my concerns, and after follow-ups, the final response was essentially “hopefully this improves someday.” Not reassuring when real business impact is on the line.

Bottom Line:
Without URL targeting and with unstable popups, this tool can’t be relied on. Combine that with poor support, and I strongly advise: don’t buy it.

After complaining, they quickly got to work. Support was a bit slow at first, but now it's back, and I think they've fixed the problem with displaying the WooCommerce page. Hopefully, I can now display WooCommerce products with a pop-up!

I also found that showing the popup in specific countries didn't work. I hope they'll test this very soon. When I use Audience, Geolocations, or Browser Locations and test with a VPN and clear the history, the popup immediately stops working. Please check this with Support.
