WP Courseware Questions

💡 WP Courseware course units are WordPress posts, so anything which can be placed into a WordPress post or page can be used within a unit. This includes text, video embeds, audio embeds, items from the WordPress Media Library, external URLs, downloads, and more.

Of course, some very specific types of content may require another third-party plugin to allow them to be used in WordPress. One popular example might be editable documents, such as Google Docs. Another example is live webinars, which WP Courseware users often want to embed in course lessons. If there's a very specific type of content you need to embed within your units, we recommend searching the WordPress.org plugin repository as you'll almost always find at least one option to meet your project requirements.

Instructors are paying (one off or plan) to be able to submit courses
2. Instructors are allowed a max number of students (depending on payment plan)
3. Each instructor can manually add students to his courses".
4. Instructor can manually decide on specific courses to specific students.
eg. Student A can access courses 1, 3, 4, 7
Student B can access courses 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9
etc.

I'm just the administrator of the website and all above happens automatically.

Please let me know which of the points above are (not) possible with WP Courseware.

I see this plugin is old it should be the leader but it is slow development
any plan to improve course UI or add focus mode like other LMS plugins

Don't give me the reply that you never hear or know about of these products which compete with you in similar training market. Instead research Acadle features here and google Gurucan features and then give me a response to how these training apps compares to your deal.

The student can then see the course in the cart and proceed to the checkout process. How do I do this? Is it possible?
If not, how do I build a sales page using your software?

Also, I'd love to see more help/tutorials on creating different looks/designs for courses.

I have been using Divi and Elementor; these builders are a bit heavier and had some issues after 5~10 years of use. I really hope your team pays attention to this Brizy builder.

2. If not directly, is it possible to use Thrive Cart via a funnel checkout and have any students who purchase be zapped in automatically via Zapier?

I have done a search for WP Courseware, and getting addons but not the actual plugin. Can you please refer me to the plug in or let me know what the title is. I have looked at installation videos to find it, but it seems to jump over that step. Thank you

I saw someone on a review site mentioning that it did a few years ago, but these plugins are not listed on your recent integrations page.

Also, your S3 integration plugin could work well with course building. Will it be listed on Appsumo?

1) How does this compare to Heights platform, which was on App Sumo? if we bought that, why would we use this instead, advantages, any disadvantages?
2) I see it sends emails, what address will that use? Do have to set up some complicated sender. or will it use our Email marketing tool?
