Q: I purchased, how do I change the login URL using the plugin from the default?
Hi, how can I change the default login URL that WordPress uses to something uncommon? Can you do this? Secondly, is it possible to have One login URL for admin and One for customers? Thank you. Sye

A: Hi, Thanks for purchasing.
For support-related questions, please contact us directly via email. You can do that by filling out the form through the plugin and someone will get back to you as soon as possible :)
Does WP RESET include WP Login Lockdown? They share the same style/look and cross feature availability (i.e. certain tiers unlock some features already available in WP Reset) in the backend dashboard panel.
Can you CONFIRM any of this? Cheers.

A: Hi, Thanks for taking an interest in WP Login Lockdown.
No, the plugins are entirely different and serve a different purpose.
The style is the same, you're right. We have developed both plugins, so the dashboard has the same design and some features like white labeling, licensing features, etc. However, the plugins and the functionalities are completely different.
Looking at the documentation - it won't enable a 2FA requirement for customers creating WooCommerce accounts - if you add that feature feel free to reply and I'll have another look at it - thanks!
Can or should this be used in conjunction with WP SECURITY NINJA? Or is doing so going to cause conflicts/duplicate features in either solution?
I think you folks used to own WP Security Ninja, no ?

A: Hi, Technically, they can be used together, but it's not recommended since they share similar functionality regarding login security, which may cause problems. If you decide to use them together, you should let Login Lockdown handle login security, and turn off similar features in Security Ninja, so they don't overlap, while letting Security Ninja take over other aspects of security it offers.
This was previously answered by Ivan_WebFactoryLTD who said Security Ninja focuses on overall WordPress security and, while it does share some features with WP Login Lockdown, there aren’t as many options for login protection in Security Ninja. It also doesn’t come with a dashboard or rebranding feature, and the price is very different (WP Login Lockdown is available as an unlimited lifetime...
#It also doesn’t come with a dashboard or rebranding feature#
I believe T4 did/does come with a dashboard offered as part of the T4 purchase, and rebranding is whitelabelled on the top plan as well as unlimited licenses.
OK understood that similiar features should be turned off in WP Security Ninja.

Q: 2FA and Captcha questions
I don't get why you don't feature 2FA and Captcha as main features on your homepage.
Having said that I have questions about these two features.
Will the plug-in enable a 2FA requirement for customers creating WooCommerce accounts?
Can you apply the Captcha to WooCommerce forms and checkout?
This would save me money on the existing recaptcha options available in the WooCommerce marketplace.

Nov 3, 2025A: Hi,
Captcha can be used only on the login page.
If you want more options, like having it on other pages and WooCommerce, you should check our WP Captcha plugin that does what you wanted :)
