Thank you for taking an interest in WP Reset.

When running WPMU all tools are clearly marked if they are available or not.

Some tools are not WPMU compatible like for instance "Delete all plugins" one. The reason for that is that plugin files are shared between all WPMU sites so deleting on one would mean deleting them on all.

When it comes to snapshots and recovery options, you can use them on WPMU but each sub-site should be treated as a separate site. Meaning you will have to install the plugin on each one and create a snaphot for that site only, in order to be able to recover it later.
