Q: Waiting for your GDPR answer

"Ivan_WebFactoryLTD
Sorry, we do not have such a page with all those details. If this is important to you, I will check with the dev team and get back to you with the details :)"

Thanks in advance for your answer concerning GDPR, not only for WP Reset Pro but also for your Cloud offer where we can store database snapshots.

A: Hey,
Sorry for having you wait this long!

We are using private US servers, at DigitalOcean. DigitalOcean employs a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to safeguard customer data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include network security controls, encryption of data both in transit and at rest, access management policies, regular security audits, and continuous monitoring of systems.

In addition, DigitalOcean maintains compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which governs the lawful transfer of personal data between the European Union and the United States. Through these practices, DigitalOcean ensures that customer information is managed in a secure, transparent, and compliant manner.

This was previously answered by Ivan_WebFactoryLTD who said the Staging Environment is a safe cloud sandbox — a copy of your snapshot where you can test resets, snapshots and plugin/theme collections without affecting your live site; that WP Reset Cloud fully complies with GDPR, stores data securely, and users can delete or request removal of their data (they do not share or sell user data); and that prior performance/storage issues have been addressed — snapshot handling and deletion now work reliably and instantly, database optimization and cloud operations are improved, and you have options to control where snapshots are stored (local, upload to cloud then delete locally, etc.). You can find that answer here: https://appsumo.com/products/wp-reset/questions/staging-1435920/

Bad bot :-) This was previously addressed with a promise that their dev team will share more information. I just want to make sure that commitment isn’t lost amid the flood of questions here.
