Wp Reset will save you many hours once things go wrong.
You can use it as another safety net for your maintenance clients, or just for your own WP development.
It's always great to know that there is a "way back machine" to the previous status of my plugins setup etc'.
Also very useful when you need to really reset things to start fresh.
