I've seen a number of hosting companies boast that they will back you up to a certain day/time. But then, you find out the hosting company doesn't back up your site as often as you thought they did and well, that person that logged onto your site to help ended up really screwing up your site...or something malfunctioned and you find out through your hosting company that backing up to the time you wanted is impossible. It's great to have a tool where you can press the reset button...and one that is far superior to that of most hosting companies.
