I've been using WP Security Ninja with the White Label package, and overall I really like the product. The security features are strong, and I think the White Label option has a lot of potential for agencies and freelancers providing WordPress security, maintenance and optimisation services.

However, there are a few areas where I think the White Label experience could be improved.

1. Clients can still see areas of the plugin that should be hidden

Even with White Label enabled, I've found that clients can still access certain settings/areas of the plugin instal page. For example, they can see things such as the add ons and Plans, and if they click through certain areas they can end up on an error page.

For a truly white labelled client experience, I'd like the ability to completely control which sections are visible to clients and remove anything related to the original vendor, plans or licensing.

2. Licence information needs better agency control

Another big one for me is the licence key.

At the moment, my client can see my licence key/identifier. When I'm providing a security service under my own brand, I don't really want the client seeing my master licence information.

I'd love to see something like:

* Client-specific licence IDs or sub-licences
* The ability to display a custom licence/reference number to the client
* The ability to manage or revoke individual client licences
* More control over what licence information the client can see
* The ability to customise licence-related settings after White Label is enabled

This would make the product much more suitable for agencies that want to package security as part of their own service.

3. Custom support links/pages would be a great addition

I'd also really like the ability to add my own support links inside the plugin.

Not every agency is building websites from scratch. In my case, I may be providing WordPress maintenance, security and site-speed optimisation rather than full website development.

It would be great to have a section where I could have The ability to create a completely custom Support page within the white labelled plugin.

That would turn WP Security Ninja from simply being a white-labelled security plugin into something that feels like a genuine part of an agency's service platform.

Overall

I really like WP Security Ninja and I'm glad I picked up the White Label package. The underlying security product is strong, and I think the developers have built something with a lot of potential for agencies.

For me, the biggest opportunity is taking the White Label feature one step further and giving agencies more control over the client facing experience.

If they added proper client licence/sub-licence management, better control over what clients can see, and custom support links/pages, I'd consider this a much more complete agency solution.

Great product with a lot of potential. I'd happily give it 5 stars once the White Label experience becomes a little more flexible and agency-focused.

But over a solid security plugin to have on my side
