I am really torn about this plug-in. I bought a tier 2 because I thought I needed a good security tool to help with monitoring sites from getting hacked. So I installed this on a website that ended up getting hacked believe it or not. Now the dashboard is great, but you have to be logged into the website. So if your site gets hacked and you can't access your administration panel, then this tool really isn't very useful because it doesn't give you a place outside of the website where you can monitor it or check to see what was compromised. It really needs some offsite dashboard. And the interesting thing is I didn't even get a notice that the site got hacked. So take it for what you will. I think that if they can create some sort of admin panel outside of this, it would be a good tool.

I did have conversations with them and they advised me to get another tool called WPAdminify which is a custom dashboard for WordPress sites. But that defeats the purpose of me getting this tool. So it's almost as if you get talked into this so you can purchase another tool from them directly to manage it.

So I don't know. Had I known this, I wouldn't have actually purchased it. Those are my comments. I mean for the cost it is what it is.
