The most basic thing such as activating the plugin doent work
I purchased this plugin about 10 hours ago after reading many great reviews. I even canceled another firewall plugin which had been disappointing, especially due to poor customer servicein order to switch to this one.
However, the most basic step of activating it immediately triggered an error: “Invalid CSRF token.” I fully understand that this happened during the weekend and outside support hours, but such a fundamental feature should work reliably on its own. Otherwise, users like me are left with no choice but to share negative feedback.
Additionally, I noticed that on the supplier’s website, many of the linked YouTube videos display errors as well. Altogether, it gives the impression that something isn’t functioning properly here.

Sep 15, 2025Hi there,
I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with activation and the "Invalid CSRF token" error. This is definitely not the impression we want to give, especially when you're switching from another plugin with high hopes.
We've sold hundreds of licenses, and this is indeed the first time we've encountered a report of an "Invalid CSRF token" during initial activation. This is a very unusual issue, and it's certainly not how our plugin is designed to behave. I have asked the dev team to investigate what might have caused this specific error for you.
Regarding the YouTube video links on our website, thank you for pointing that out. We're in the process of updating our documentation and resources, and we'll ensure those links are corrected immediately. We were not aware of any being unavailable. We already have an automated system set up to alert us to broken links, but I will do a manual review to verify.
We understand your disappointment, especially after making a switch, thank you for your trust while we grow and expand to provide the service you want.
