I use Divi and this plugin crashed my site and locked me out of the Dashboard. I had to use phpMyAdmin to disable all plugins to get back in. You should let people know that your plugin is not compatible with Divi before you take their money!
When I activated the plug-in, it caused a 'critical error' notification and locked me out of my site. It was necessary for me to deactivate all plug-ins via php-Admin.
I just made a second attempt and the exact same thing happened. I called BlueHost and they stated a strong probability of your plug-in being incompatible.
I used the following Themes: Divi, Elementor (Pro), Envato Elements and Hello with Elementor.
The reason I'm giving you a 3 as opposed to 1 is that the plug-in seems to be absolutely amazing and I'm bummed that I can't use it so I don't want to condemn your talent. But as a one-man shop with over 10 websites, I'm not in the position for a site to crash so I'm just going to stick with the tride and true plug-ins via wordpress.org - some stuff - I'd rather pay monthly than to risk things ike this happening again.
Had some issues getting it to show the pro even though I added the site (could be that it is a subdomain I use for testing purposes).
Response is a bit slow and I did not even get a response to an earlier question I asked on Appsumo.
Looks like it will definitely do the trick but noticed quite a few issues:
Confirmation of sale to email has a bunch of code (@media (max-width: 600px) { .sm-block { display: block !important; }) before providing sales details.
I'd like to see add to cart option in the near future as it would make sense with digital products, you almost never buy just one.
I do hope you consider improving the tool, but I am glad that Appsumo offers a refund in the event I run into more issues and find that this mind not be the right tool for me. Hoping it is though because something like this is needed.

Hello Alo,
Thanks for the feedback, can you send a more details report on our support. We'd love to fix ASAP.
I like the idea of having a simplified plugin, however at the moment I can't use it.
- The email confirmation has typos in the footer - "You get this email because you sign up or purchase someting at..." - I can't send that out to my clients!
- It would be good to be able to change the text and formatting on the email that gets sent out and to, ideally, have an option for a logo to help personalise the email.
- I wouldn't want the "payment #" (number) to be displayed on each email - the option to disable that would be great.
- the ability to change the colour of the payment button - and the wording on the button which currently says "GET IT NOW"
Hope this feedback helps. I think the app has great potential and I would be happy to consider changing the review if some of the above is sorted out.

Hello,
Great feddback and I've added this to our backlog and we'll fix it ASAP.
Unable to edit the design and checkout doesn't work on my server
Personally, I cannot get the plugin to work on my sites. When I enabled it, the drop-down menu in the header stopped working. When creating a new site, the check-out process doesn't take me to the next page. I hope the documentation and support could be improved.
In any case, it looks more like a prototype at the moment, especially since we can't change the look of the form.
Setting up a store is a big challenge, with WPSmartPay you can start selling a product very quickly.
This is a simple alternative to putting up a store.
Before the solution, there is a lot to be implemented to make it flexible and even better.
However, I see a lot of potential in this.
It would be useful in the future: - Automation with Syncspider (popular on Appsumo) - Public API and Webhooks - More payment gateways - More native integrations such as MailPoet - Translation of the interface into other languages - Better solution for PayWall and Sale of Paid Newsletters in a subscription (Inspiration: Substack, Mailingr.com)
There is no way to even customise how it looks, other than changing the image and button colour. There's no way to change the size of the box on your site, placement of image, text formatting options, text placement, etc.
What's more, I've had no response from the developer when I've reached out to ask if these things are coming.
Completely overrated.

Hello, I'm sorry to disappoint you but the vision for this plugin is to make it simple. We intentionally not given so many options.
You can easily setup and product or payment form without much effort. Thats the goal.
it is a simple to use the plugin to collect payments. There a many use cases for this plugin, but the ease of setting up is a huge plus for me.
What i would like to see is a woocommerce integration 1. Be able to use wpsmartpay checkout but for woocommerce products, and manage these products within woocommerce backend including refunds, upgrades, downgrades, and use woocommerce client pages instead of customer dashboard. This would make the plugin 'woo commerce lite' which is what a lot of people are looking for.
2. Be able to use native woocommerce checkout, and manage the products and orders in woocommerce backend, including refunds, upgrades, downgrades,
When I created a new form. Before I paste the code on a certain page it has automatically added into all the pages which were already active. Only this form was showed up other all the contents gone. Even after uninstallation, I could solve it. I was not able to even add new pages or posts. On every page, this was the error I got "[smartpay_form id="2" behavior="embedded" label=""]" I have completely disappointed for buying this plugin.
I see great potential with WPSmartPay, it's a quick and easy solution for people whom need to build their own store to sell niche products or accept donations.
I give 3 tacos even if I like the product and I will see if it is going to improve.
I have to say that I have been testing with a PayPal sandbox account, on a live site that has been used to test several plugins, (easy digital download, PayPal for Digital Goods and WordPress Simple PayPal Shopping Cart) those I had deleted so I have had some problem with redirection.
1. The product is really easy to use and set up.
2. After I do the payment on PayPal, I have to push a button to go back to the site. It redirects always to the Payment Failed page, but maybe this is the fault of my site.
3. After purchasing the sample product I receive two mail, the Payment Receipt and another to set up the password for the customer dashboard. The recipe is quite good with download link, ecc. (even is I would like to customize with logo, ecc). The second one is necessary for the customer to set up the password for his own account on the site.
4. After setting up the password on customer account to access the dashboard, I have to stay logged in and go to the first mail and click the link to my dashboard otherwise the customer will log in on a site and not know what to do.
I hope there is a way to avoid this.
5. I would like to display the product after clicking the buy now button, in other’s way and not only overlay the main product page.
6. I would like to have a way to let the customer download for free but get the leads.
over all is a nice product.

Hello Stanosh,
Thanks for your review and we are investigating the issue you've mentioned.
Quick Alterative to those not wanting a full ecommerce solution
I build lots of full web stores and have used many ecommerce platforms but when you just want something simple, there are few options which are quick to deploy for a reasonable costs.
So far I have just been testing WPSmartPay on staging platforms but from our initial time with the product it offers a very quick and simple solution to Taking payments online without great expense, Experience or Knowledge of a full Ecommerce platform.
Hopefully they will tweak and add some missing functionality over the coming months as they have expressed on their road map, but still keep it as a unique simple software solution it is and not try to change it onto someing the market already has... ie Woocommerce etc
I am excited to see this develop and then offer it my clients looking for a quick solution to selling a simple small catalogue of products or services online.
Lo estoy probando en 2 sitios, y de momento es algo fácil de implementar y de generar. Me falta la opción de poder traducir la configuración al castellano, pero por lo demás es tan sencillo, que parece mentira. Me gusta mucho
As WP is the solution for many of my works, WPSmartPay is a smart and effective solution for receiving the payment, no doubt! I like that it has Gutenberg-ready form builder - quite convenient to set up the payment forms the way I like.
I would wish there would be more integration, which I believe to be coming in no time.
I like the offer and the features. I would love it if they create a PagSeguro integration. I love the design, and I hope I can sell my products with the plugin.
It's a good tool with the ability to make your job easier when it comes to creating fast and attractive payment forms and buttons, plus the wide variety of all-in-one payment options gives it.
I had been looking for options to build a more functional website to be able to make it more profitable. This plugin seems to solve these problems for me and I am excited to see the progress. It is clean looking and it is nice to have a few licenses to play around with.
I like that WP Smart Pay integrates with Stripe, Paypal, and Paddle. So far it seems this was the right choice for me. I only wish it would integrate with Apple, Google, Samsung pay. The price is super reasonable! I am happy with this deal :)
